How will I be refunded for my purchase?
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase.However, when the item/service was paid for by cheque/cash , the refund will be in the form of a cheque mailed within 10 business days of the return/cancellation of service. Any amount deducted from a gift card will be credited to the gift card used.When the item/service was paid for by credit/debit card, refunds will be credited to the original credit card or payment method electronically within 4-5 business days.
